Touchscreen Executive Phone

The TXP is a touchscreen-driven telephone that allows the user access to all digital switch resources from a single instrument. This consolidation, when combined with the TXP’s simplified user interface, eliminates the need for the user to have to remember the particular operational nuances of multiple communication devices. A built-in speakerphone allows for hands-free operation.

The TXP serves as the user interface to digital switching systems and is designed to connect to switches of the Secure Digital Switch family via the Quad Telephone Interface and to switches of the Digital Small Switch family via the Summing Telephone Interface or Dual Narrowband Interface with an Octal UDLT interface daughterboard. The TXP is supported through multiple subscriber adapters, such as the MDA or the UMUX IV. The TXP can be configured with a companion unit (the TLE) that provides additional line keys.
